Stocking a 30 gallon high

Does this stocking plan sound ok

3 cherry barbs

6 penguin tetras (thinking of changing to Harliquen rasboras?)

5 pepper cories

1 male dwarf gourami

Now, do you think an angel would be ok in here as long as i added it last and it grew up with the other fish?

Oh ya and i am getting plastic plants until i can afford the lighting set up for plants.

Here's my suggestion:

1 male dwarf gourami
6 Harlequin rasboras
4 cories
1 angelfish (try to get a juvie and add it last)

And BTW- Welcome to AA!!

You could do a pair of angels and skip the gourami if you wanted to. Barbs and angels do not mix well.

That could work. Just keep an eye on the angel and gourami. I do think that would work, it would be an interesting display.
