hi everyone, just a quick one. Ive just bought a new external filter as my old one was leaking, do just swap them over or is it best to have them both running for a while? Can water be over filtered? Thanks

what kind of external filter is it? same model?
if not, yes, running both for a while would be best. I would leave both running for at least a month, but if you can transfer the bio media to the new filter then you can just remove the old one
