As a long standing member of the fish BIZ, I can tell you that people will not go into a store for the first time with anything bad to say about the store. You only get one chance however, to make a first impression. If your store offers service and quality and good selection at reasonable prices, you can have a hit and be a long surviving store and business. I still go to stores that are in business for at least 30 years. The reason they are still in business is from customer service. People walk out of the stores with a feeling of satisfaction not one of frustration. If you know enough about fish or pet keeping OR have the employees that do, there is little reason for people to think poorly of your store.
