I still get throw backs every couple generations with a tiny spec of red on their eyes.

Don't be too upset about the slightly red one. blue velvets are not really true breeding anyways. Even if you got all blue ones, they will still occasionally throw a rilli =/ just cull! =)

Yeah I'm planning on just putting any red rili I get out of them in my six gallon which now has four cherry shrimp...would they end up producing natural colors if they bred with each other or no?
