I'm trying to find a way to add a skimmer to my 25 gallon eclipse system. I know I need to cut the side and top. Will I still need the carbon filter and Bio wheel the tank came with? My tank has been running for 2 weeks with the filter only with many water changes and I have 3 fish, live sand and live rocks. So far so good.
