Why is this algae growing all over my sand bed? I clean it up one day then the following day it comes back. Is it good or bad

Is it slimy? It almost looks like cyano, but I don't believe it comes in green... How often do you feed? What is your lighting schedule? What kind of filtration do you use? How much flow is in the tank/how many powerheads?

I'd say that lack of slow is one of the issues you are having, though not the cause of this. You have shown us almost all of your tank and I don't see one powerhead.

The tank has been up and running for 9 months. I have a 75 gallon with two power heads 1200 aqueon circulation pumps. The lighting schedule is from 6 to 8. It seems a little slimy. And I use a wet/dry filter.

The lighting is T5 HO Dual bulb. And the power heads are located near the top of the tank my perimeters are fine but the Algeria seem consistant.

The test are false because the algae is absorbing then, scrub rocks do frequent big water changes to lower nutrients start running gfo in a reactor, cut back on feeding. Are you using ro/di water?
