I was just at Miami Beach. Picked up a few really nice shells and some white rocks with very nice impressions on them. Is it safe to put them in my aquarium? Thank you

That should be fine as long as there is no metal in the rocks. Maybe soak them in saltwater for a few days first to make sure they won't rust, dissolve or, Discolor the water. You could also boil the shells if you think there is any meat left in them to pollute your water.

Why didn't I ever think of putting them in salt water? Great idea, I'm always terrified of putting rocks in my tank because of metals.
