Can you make your live rock purple?

What do you mean? Live rock becomes purple over time because it becomes covered in coralline algae. They sell real reef rock which is already purple but that's human made.

I meant to say can you buy supplements or something to turn the color purple other then buying the live rock that is naturally purple?

Some LFS will sell small pieces of rock/rubble with coralline algae for cheap. Its the stuff that breaks off when they are throwing in the larger pieces of live rock. If conditions are good, it should spread over time.
