I just pick up a 39g by Cadlights. I want make it a reef tank with some fish. The lighting it comes with is HQI, T5HO, LED-HO 3-in-1 lighting system with 150w 14,000k with 2 x 24w Actinics supplements (2) LED-HO 2 watt moonlights. It has a 4 chamber built in, I know I need a skimmer but I need to know what to put in the chambers? Can I put mud/deep sand bed and some macro algae or Cheato? Also how powerful on the power heads? I want two K Evolution 750 or 1050 if not to powerful.

I am pretty sure the chambers are made to be a refugium

I know that I never had one so I need to know what to put inside the chambers
