I have a 155gal tank that previously had VHO lighting that recently ate it. It was enough for my softies, but I want to start adding sps soon. I'm looking at getting MH with T5 actinics, but I'm wondering if anyone had some suggestions.

The tank is 24" deep, so I'm thinking 250W is what I'll need.
I want it to have the lunar LEDs
I'm looking for something that has the tank mount options vs. being hang only.
I'd also like something with a built in timer if at all possible that switches it from full lighting to lunars to off, etc (like the aquaticlife ones do)

I haven't had much luck finding a 72" MH/T5 with the timer. Any suggestions?

why not add all led's no bulbs to change, no heat to raise water temp, cheaper to run and supply good light no costly bulbs to buy.

I would agree with tone and go LED. I have 2 DIY kits on 55 and 37 gal tanks and am working on designing one for my new 125 gal reef. They run cool, are dimmable, have customizable colors, and last forever.
