my new nano tank is almost done with its cycle. i plan on putting some beginner corals in and eventually a fire fish. besides ro water and doing water changes and stuff, do i need to add any special nutrients to my water?

No, All trace elements needed will be in your PWC water.

As mentioned Partial water change. There are about 89 different salts in marine salt mixes that help make up the trace elements that fish, coral and inverts need. Most of the time PWC`s will be all you need.
