I am attaching the annual water report to this. I am wondering if it would be safe to use this water in a reef tank. Of course I would use a dechlorinator. Thanks

No only use ro/di water only... ro/di water has 0 (ppm)parts per million of total dissolved solids, tap water has an average of at least 127 ppm of total dissolved solids this is the bad stuff, plus using dechlorinator will affect a skimmer where it will not work efficiently a skimmer is a must in a reef tank.... You can test ppm with a tdi meter they are about $15 on ebay.

Okay thank you. I was looking for the cheapest route but realizing very quickly this is not a cheap hobby lol
