Hello. I have posted 2 pics of fish in this thread. Can you help me identify (a) the fish that looks like a shark, with black fins, and (b) the pink fish with the black upper fin. Sorry they're not better pics. Thank you!

Red Minor Tetra - "Cousin" of Serpae Tetra ??

This is a red minor / serpae tetra

PetSmart in my area is now selling the long fin red minor .... telling people it's just a longer version of the Serpae ... which I believe is correct. They have no Serpae Tetra in stock.

Hyphessobrycon serpae = Long Fin Red Minor Tetra (Not in database of aqadvisor.com)

Hyphessobrycon eques = Serpae Tetra

Wiki shows a picture of both ..... but does not show the full scientific name of the long fin variety
