Stocking my 55g tank

Im currently cycling my 55g tank and would like some advice on stocking.

I would like

10x tiger barbs
1x firemouth cichlid
1x red tail shark
1x plec

Would these be ok together and what other fish could i stock with them

Those fish should be fine together. Just be careful with the firemouth, they can get aggressive but usually only when spawning. Some suggestions would be rainbows, giant danios, maybe some dojo loaches or kuhlii (only with fine or sand substrate), Cory cats, pictus cats, if you're looking for unique you could try an elephant nose or african butterfly. Ghost cats would also make a nice addition
