Strange Red Growth

Hey All,

I was wondering what this strange red growth is (Red Algea?). Attached is a picture. Ive got some fishies and my cycle appears to be complete. My water parameters are as follows:

pH: 8.2
Hardness: Very High
Nitrates: 30ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Ammonia: ~0ppm

16 gal with only 5 small 1 inch guppies.

Thanks for any help!
