would 2 rummynose tettra work with this stock?

I have a 10 gallon fully cycled aquarium. I was wondering if I could get away with having 2 rummynose tetras with the following stock:

1 dwarf otto
1 dwarf cory
1 Japanese shrimp
2 platies
3 24k gold white clouds

IMO, no. Rummies get fairly large if they survive long enough and need more swimming room than a 10 would provide. Plus, especially with rummynose you'd want a school of 8+.
