Any one heard of this bacteria culture product?

Any one heard of " Fritz Zyme #9 Saltwater Nitrifying Bacteria"? Is it good? Can it really helps to Neutralise the whole tank, bringing all ammonia and nitrite to 0? BTW if I used this product, can I use Geo-Liquid?

It's ok and can help to speed up the cycle, but it does not "instantly" cycle the tank.
