Well, I've since upgraded my QT from a 5 to a 10 and I'm going to use media that's been in my tank since start up and replace that in my DT. On top of that, I'm going to let it run a week or two just to make sure my parameters are in check and that the media actually has enough BB. I really want to do this right and it'll give me the chance to add my stock from least territorial.

Hate to be late to the party, but hypo salinity dips worked for me in killing flukes on a six line wrasse. Just make sure it really is flukes, you can actually SEE them wiggle through the animal's gills and on its scales. Always best to check first at the fish store and QT to prevent adding them to your system.
