Is my fish sick?

Hey guys I bought some new fish yesterday to add to my 20g tank. They were super active an happy yesterday but today one seems to be a bit sad. Just sitting at the bottom of the tank. Untested the water with "Nutrafin PH test" kit and my ph is at 7.5-8. I did add "EasyBalance" to bring down PH. The fish are all eating, no red spots on their bodies. Any advice is appreciated

Is this a saltwater tank? If so the ph should be about 8.0 - 8.3.....

You brought the ph down from 7.5 or to 7.5? You really dont need to mess with ph. If you can avoid putting artificial things in you tank, you are better off. What are the rest of your parameters? Ammonia, nitrIte and NitrAte?
