Lawnmower blenny is dieing

My lawnmower blenny has a huge belly and is dieing. I thought it was pregnant and it was always eating. It is upside down now but still breathing. Any ideas what could have caused this?

PH is a little low at 8.0 but everything else is at 0.

Hi it might have a swim bladder problem. If it has I wouldn't know how to fix it & if it has got it hopefully someone on here might be able to help you.

It died. I'm not sure why it was always eating at rocks and it had a huge belly. My water tests were normal.
