URGENT: My2 clownfish have the beginning stage of ich

How do i treat these guys without having a qt tank and how to i treat my tank to get this disease out and to prevent the remaining fish from contracting it?!

Try garlic. Get a small small bit of garlic and mash it up then feed to fish. Or soak pellets in garlic water then feed. I have had success with this with freshwater and saltwater.
