Gill Disease?

Help! Should I be concerned about this around it's gills? It looks like it's gills have bubbles in it. The fish have been like this for around 3 or 4 months.

Looks like tumors. Black mollies are more prone to them because of their colour. It will probably kill the fish eventually, and there isn't a treatment for it.
