Green terror has ich.. Help!

When i turned the lights on this morning a noticed some fungal growth on my GT.. Ive cured ich before on neon tetras but i want all suggestions because i spent 40$ on this guy and dont want to lose him. Heres a pic of the ich (if u can see it) its

The good thing about the larger cichlids are they are super hardy, stay up on them water changes. And crank that heat up. I'm sure he will be fine.

Ok so last night before i turned off the lights (i only fed wafers to the cats because he wouldnot eat) he released what looked like clear poop.. What could this mean

Keep an eye on him, it can mean internal parasites. But... Can also come from him not eating due to the ick (stress/constipation). If he is feeding again normally I would just keep an eye on him and if his poop don't change after this one time then start treating for the parasites.

Yeah that don't look good, I'd say if he's eating well and the ich is clearing up, hold up before treating for parasites. See if it clears up.

The ich is getting worse and hes not eating much...
