New Goldfish.... Help me!!

I got a new baby bubble eye goldfish. He is acting strangly.. he is swimming at the surface of the aquarium. He isnt gasping for air, and when I stick my net in he swims away energetically. He also isnt eating.

My other bubble eyes are acting fine. Ph -7.3 Nitrate - 0 Ammonia-0 fully cycled tank with canister filter and airstone.

He is probably adjusting to the new tank. How big is the tank? What is the temperature?

Nitrates 0? doesn't seem light a cycled tank....

Nitrates 0? doesn't seem light a cycled tank....

Nitrate is 0.05 ppm . I use nitrate pads and prime. It was running for 3 weeks before they went in.

I also have a 150 gallon south american tank. 55 gallon angel fish tank. I know my aquarium is cycled. It seemed that he just came sick from the LFS
