Shredded fin swollen mouth missing barbel cory cat

Overnight my smallest cory cat has a shredded fin, swollen mouth and missing barbels...
Amm 0, nitrite 0, nitrates 20

Bullied by...
Bolivian ram or clown loaches possibly???

He died. 1 shredded fin. Opposite side had a bruise on body. Guessing he was attacked by something :/
