I have a blue/red/black split-tail betta that in two days lost his color and his fins are frayed. He's looking really bad and I'm wondering what's goin on. He's in a 5.5gal tank with 3 other bettas, I know, I know, the tank is too small, but they were all great for the 3months I've had them. I clean the tank twice a month and the water parameters are, 78deg, 6.8ph, and 0nitrates/nitrites. Everyones appetite is good, but Spidey is looking bad.

are any of the other bettas males? Only one male Betta per tank will work. If you have two males in one tank, soon you will have one dead one. Even the females can get nasty. My advice is to separate them immediately.

Sorry I didn't mentioned, they're partitioned off so they are not directly interacting with eachother.

My water levels are good, did a wc yesterday, and just did another 20% wc today, I don't know what's going on.
