Yep.
I've got a 3" or so, pink sponge growing under a ledge with the same "breathing tubes" as your green ones.
I was worried too until I found out what it was.
I believe the yellow things are actually trunicates of some kind. I have the same ones in my tank and they are not structured like any of the other sponges. Maybe a different animal though. Mine retract their siphons when touched.
They are sponges. I have them in my tank all over. But, here is a page from Bob Fenner's site with these exact sponges. Second one down I believe, and he is agreement that it was a sponge.
