HELP LITTLE BUGS!!!

Out so i was just watching my tank while i fed some food and i was looking real close at my little zoo garden and down by the sand i spoted these tiny little bug things and i dont know if this is good or bad ... i am not able to get a pic of em right now so ill do my best to explain them ....

1. Has the body of a roley poley but is much thinner
2. Has like a bunch of legs
3. Seems to move very fast on its legs but doesnt seem to swim
4. Has a few antenas on its head
5. And sort of has its body curled in the shape of like a hump

These things are really freaking me out ... any idea what they are .. good or bad

Sounds like amphipods. They are beneficial janitors. Good guys.

Yea thats what my local reef forum said too ... i guess they are Gammarus Shrimp of some sort or something
