I don't have a camera so I will try to describe it. It is growing on my live rock. It is white and looks like a bubble. It has two separate holes on the top and will close the holes up. Any idea what this is. It is about the size of a dime maybe a little smaller.

Hmmm, from that description, I don't have a clue.
Is it totally white?

no it isn't on that site. It is an oval type shape with a hole on each side that will open and close when something gets near it.

tunicate . But with out pics it is hard to be 100% sure I have them in yellow clear and in brown color , they are harmless filter feeders

Almost certainly a tunicate. A customer brought in something close to what you were describing to me a few days ago- mostly translucent with two holes-- one for import the other for export. :)
