Looks like a lawn mower blenny. Hard to tell eithout seeing the whole dorsal fin. If the dorsal is one solid fin from head to tail it's a blenny if it is two seperate fins it is a goby. If it is indeed a lawn mower blenny they eat primarily algae.

I know it's a goby just not sure which
