Web looking things

Saw this today and it moves with the flow inside the tank. Are they snail eggs? It's the stringy thing across the glass

I can't really see anything. Looks like a scratch in the glass rather than something on the side of it. But there is a chance that those are snail eggs.

I zoomed in on it a bit more maybe that helps. It's not a strait because it moves around with the flow of the water while the other end keeps it from floating away

Yeah that doesn't help...but what will help is just simply making it go away. Hit it with your mag float. Snail eggs rarely hatch anyway, your fish will eat it.
