Worm in my flower pot?

Hey! My husband found a worm like thing in our flower pot last night. He got it out, but we found 3 more today. It's about 4-6 inches long, skinny, and white. It has stripes, almost like its ribbed. Here's some pics. I just want to know what it is and if its harmful to our coral. If it is harmful, how do we get rid of it? Thanks!!!

That's exactly what it looks like. I pulled one off the flower pot earlier this week is stretched like double its size. Now I've seen one or two more on the pot.

That looks similar to what came out of my frogspawn after my coral rx dip
