algae problem hair algae of sorts

Hi guys in the pic below is my nano planted project. Plants are growing great as u can see. But have algae problem any tips or hints. Be a nightmare to fish out. Theres a colony of red cherry shrimp. About 100 and a 2 inch female bristle nose pleco. What type of algae is it.

What's your lighting? Hair algae is always going to be a lighting (intensity) issue not being in balance with fertilizer. Try reducing light duration to see if that helps first.
 
Will do. I'll run the lights only 6 hour's a day. For a few weeks see how we go. Thanks. Lighting on 10-12 hours a day at the moment.
