Simply hook up your co2 input to the venturi thingy and voilia! The resulting bubbles are very fine (much finer than an airstone can provide) and most of them will not have enough gas in them to cause them to float to the top.

interesting. Marineland makes a Duetto internal filter that's similar, and also has an airline hookup on it. I've never put CO2 into it though.

I rigged up one of these with a difussion bell i made out of the bottom of a water bottle. The output of the pump is at an angle inside the diffusion bell so it almost makes a vortex like in a skimmer. It's pretty fun to watch. Hopefully i'll see some results with this method
