Is this green hair aglae? I noticed this clump of green stringy looking stuff on a piece of the driftwood in my planted tank. It looks like some sort of moss, however, I don't have any moss in the tank, and this wood was never in any prevoious tanks.

It is the only spot of it I can see anywhere in the tank. How do I treat it? I have amano shrimp and otos, but neither seem interested in it. Can I spot treat it?
