How long to dissolve??

I placed some Osmocote fert. capsules in my gravel substrate tank several months ago. When I vac. the gravel I am still finding undissolved osmocote pellets in those areas!! How long does it take these capsules to dissolve when placed in the substrate??

Several months usually. It's hard to predict as every tank is different with regards to circulation, temp, substrate type, etc.

Yes but 8 months???

Those can last up to a year.
