I think one of my diskcus has ick. What can I do to get rid of it and get my fish healthy

Hi. Does it look like grain of salt sprinkled over the fish?
What temp is your discus tank? Temps over 86F will stop the life cycle and ultimately kill it.

Thank you I ended up getting something for it from my local petland but I'm also turning up the temp in my tank
