Tissue Cultured vs Potted

I was planning on getting dwarf hairgrass from the LFS and they told me they would be getting tissue cultured in this week but their shipment came in today and they only received potted. Are there any big benefits to tissue cultured and should I ask and wait to get that our will potted do just as well?

TC = No chance of algae spores, bugs, hydra etc. etc.

nothing wrong with potted, just do your homework so you don't introduce nasties into your tanks.

all are good. TC as mentioned are free of "coodies" but are small and cost more (usually)

Either are fine.
TC offers a means of low maintenance and easy storage. This results in a wide assortment of plants; just saw TC Buce at a local PetCo

I like the TC better just because they are easier to get the crude off of before planting
