Hi Everyone,
I had started my tank in July 2012 with just fake decorations. Had I known better I would have used live rock.
Well, starting last week, I started adding LR 2.5 pounds at a time. I am up to 10 pounds now. My LFS has real reef fully cured. I am only 10 minutes from them, and thus had zero ammonia or nitrite spikes.
So today I picked up a batch and the decoration that my clowns had been hosting for over a year had to finally come out.
Now they are swimming around like they did when I first got them. All my params are perfect.
Has removing their home stressed them out? Will they eventually find a new home? They are still eating like champs though...
