Jus. Make sure you have a good skimmer and strong cuc. And mix up the food not the same food 3-5 times a day.

Well, like I said, I feed twice a day and I have so much different food for them, they barely eat the same thing in the same week. Except of course algae sheets.

I have a lot of wrasses and they come out at different times and I run my skimmer wet so it's always skimming.
