Hello all!

New to the forum. Hope to settle in nicely here.

Short Bio:
I started keeping underwater creatures in captivity about 4 years ago. Within the first year I moved from a 3 gallon tank to a 100 gallon (freshwater). At that time I decided to give saltwater a try and was quickly won over.
Since then, I no longer have a freshwater tank. My saltwater is a 26 gallon bowfront with 2 oscellaris clowns, a goby, a chocolate chip starfish, and an anemone (which was just added yesterday).

Looking forward to spending time on the forum.

Welcome Mick. You are going to need a lot stronger lighting for that anemone than the stock hood.

How would I go about doing that? And is that why he so puffy right now?

It looks like it should in my opinion. Once you get stronger lighting it will probably gain some color.
How I would go about getting stronger lighting is to measure my tank length and width, decide what creatures I was going to keep in it, and purchase a fixture that will fit, and support them.

The light itself isn't stock. I'm not sure on the specks, but I got it because it is made to emulate Tropical lighting. It's much brighter than the image shows.

It looks like a stock 29 gallon hood. It's probably got a single T8 lamp in it. Turn it over and look. That will not support an anemone.
