11w blue/pink light

Hello all, I really really badly need/want an 11w blue or pink light for my aquarium it can be no longer then 8 inches and mist had the normal two pins to connect. Can anyone tell me where I may find one of these (have tried amazon) and of anyone is selling anything like this

What kind of bulb is it? 2 pin, so power compact?

Yeah power compact I've tried to get one and finding it almost impossible :/ would add a pic but it won't let me upload photos due to a parce error and says plugins need to be updated :/
