55g build

My cousin is giving me his 55g reef ready tank with sump and lights. Hasn't been used for 10 years but has a 35 year contract on it and it's ocianic brand. Spelling on name? Anyway, it's just missing some teeth on the over flow. Don't know if I should make it a reef tank, or an aggressive tank.

Some of the teeth are missing, will that cause a problem or can I just put some plastic mesh on it?
