What kind of fish are those, particularly the grey/blue one with red fins hiding on the bottom & the big guy hanging out on top?

Not my tank but the fish red fins on bottom I'm guessing either Rainbow Shark or Blue Botia. Fish at top is a Pearl Gourami. The OP can answer for sure on the bottom dweller.
