I would like to breed some Cory cats...does anyone have some experience with them?

I've never bred cories but assuming you're interested in the bronze corydora, females are larger than males. This species is easy to breed

Easy to breed actually.
start with a group of at least 6 adults. Put them in a strip 10gal, fish, water airline small sponge filter. Feed live or frozen protein rich foods for about a week. Place a plastic pasta colandor so it sits on top of the tank over the water. In the evening, do a 25-50% water change for two-three days. On the forth day continue the water changes, but fill the colander half full with icecubes. Dim the lights and repeat until you see a bunch of eggs on the glass. At that point, get the adults out and follow basic hatching instructions. The fry can eat microworms.
