Easy to breed actually.
start with a group of at least 6 adults. Put them in a strip 10gal, fish, water airline small sponge filter. Feed live or frozen protein rich foods for about a week. Place a plastic pasta colandor so it sits on top of the tank over the water. In the evening, do a 25-50% water change for two-three days. On the forth day continue the water changes, but fill the colander half full with icecubes. Dim the lights and repeat until you see a bunch of eggs on the glass. At that point, get the adults out and follow basic hatching instructions. The fry can eat microworms.
