From what I can tell, the fry furthest from the snail still has a small amount of yolk sac left. (I tried to enlarge the pic but it only came out fuzzy.) Most likely, the ones that are out are the larger ones at this point. I wouldn't do anything with them for now. The mother will not eat them if she is still holding. Wait until you see the fry swimming around and not laying on the bottom all the time before you start feeding them.
You might want to prepare the water for the Brine Shrimp eggs if you are going to go that route.
