if compatible means the yoyo will eat the shrimp then yes. lol pretty sure almost all loaches will eat shrimp.

Yoyo's and ghost shrimp = yes
Yoyo's and cherry shrimp = NO.
In my experience Ive never had any fish eat a ghost shrimp. But put them in with some cherries or tigers and its like a thanksgiving feast. I had yoyos with my tigers when they were small, but as they got bigger too many shrimp starting disappearing.
