Hehehehe...I know...your anacharis loved this dirt tank...:-D

Oh, there is one bunch of anubias in here somewhere in the front of the DW and a bunch of reddish crypt near the anacharis area. The other 4 bunch of anubias went to my other 10G as well as the rest of the crypts and anacharis (the one where I used to have my koi and fantails - but they are in the pond now) and they are actually thriving...:-D so glad!

ohhhh crypt spiralis???? cool! :dance: thanks in advance....love those too....:)

You are very welcome...thank YOU too for posting yours. Your tony and the ADFs are cute...and yes, my Edwin is so adorable...he didn't seem to miss his bubble nest that I took out during the PWC last wednesday..hehehe...:rolleyes:

Enjoy exploring my other tanks...it's not as cute as yours. :brows:

You're such a sweetheart! But honestly, I would LOVE for my tanks to be filled in like your tanks! In fact, I have some Excel on order from Big Al's to see if that will help.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell you... the last time I checked CL, the guy that sold me the plants has more Anubias for sale. :brows: I was thinking about contacting him, but I don't know if it's too late. :( I'll check in a bit to see if his ad is still up. If it is, I'll send some your way w/ the Spiralis in a couple of weeks, (gotta let the Spiralis grow a little bit more). Of course the Spiralis is in my 10g, so you may find that a few of the snails may hitchhike back to you. lol

Honestly, I don't even have an Excel yet. LOL. Can you believe that? All my tanks never had a dose of it yet. I am so stinky with spending it in Excel although I know they needed it. All I have been dosing is the Flourish and the Leaf Zone. I know Excel will boost them up more so that is my next list.

It's okay if you can't get anymore plants for me (Anubias)..you are such a sweetie for thinking of me. The spiralis do sound good though..:brows::cool: not the snails...LOL :facepalm: hahahaha
 
I transferred my female dwarf gourami in here now that I have one betta in my other 10G last June 22. So my Edwin is quite happy and won't leave Jackie alone. He has been making new bubbles since I moved her in here. So now, my stocks are:

2 x dwarf gouramis (male and female)
1 x zebra nerite snail
1 x brittlenose pleco
5 x harlequin rasboras
5 x cardinal tetras

Overstocked?

I got my Excel in on Wednesday and have dosed both of my tanks twice already. I'll let you know how it works out for me.

Edit: Sorry I didn't reply to your earlier post... I haven't logged in for a few days. Unfortunately, no Anubias, (I was too late on the deal), but the Spiralis is starting to bounce back and should be ready soon. I can't wait until the Excel boosts the growth on those puppies! YAHOO!!! I'm wanting to get them lush for yee! ;) Hope you have room! lol

I know right! But I cannot find any Barry White in my music folder. Not even a Marvin Gaye. LOL. But I am glad you liked it. My video was acting weird when I transferred it from my videocam to the PC. It was jumping. Weird.

I can't wait for your plants to boost more with the Excel. I really have to get me one pretty soon...:whistle:

Pond Snails. Are those bad? :lol: I have them in my 10g. Honestly, I think they're awesome to watch and they're great at keeping Diatoms to a minimum. Which is why Daileene sent them to me. However, I have so many babies in my tank... and I just moved a bunch to my pond, (and fed some to my Clown Loaches lol)! They never stop! :eek: lol

I don't know if they clean the substrate, (I have pea gravel and it's hard to tell). I would assume they do though, as they clean everything else. :D The majority of the eggs I've found were on the glass, but I've seen a few in the hood.

yeah they are pond snails from my other tank. as far as I know, they clean the walls (as I've seen them do it), they will eat your dead leaves from your plants but they do multiply like crazy. They have their eggs in the walls, stems in the plants and some in the rocks or DW. They multiply like every week unless you have an assassin snail or clown loaches who loves them for a treat...or like Mclumpy who had a pond (lucky her). :lol:
 
i have a pond yay! id love some actually so try to sneak some in if you can, and i actually got red/blue columbian tetras
