nudibranch?

I found a yellow, small caterpillar like organism on the back of my tank I believed to be nudibranch. Are they good or bad to the reef?:ermm:
 
Depends. Most of them aren't very reef safe, but if you don't have coral or sponges it won't be an issue and will just die.

I have sps, lps, soft corals and mushrooms. I really have no idea how this came here. I usually dip my corals with Coral Rx before I introduce them in the tank.
 
I don't know that I would kill it before I knew what it ate. I would want to observe it and see what it does.
