When you change 45g of water every week one 5g bucket at a time. ( 18 buckets) lol

Or 100 gallons a week with 5 gallon buckets because there is not a place close enough to hook up an automatic water changer and adding new fish,decorations,or another tank is more important than buying the automatic water changer with enough hose to reach some of the tanks.

When you pawn your car title to Title Max because you found a to die for deal on craigs list and funds are low. Had to get that deal and of corse decor substrate and other goodies to start up not one but 4 more tanks.
